The Collage™ Leadership Conference is an annual event that consists of a series of conferences providing opportunities exceptional to youth in order to get engaged with influential speakers, change makers, entrepreneurs, peace activists, renowned policy makers, story tellers, risk takers and dialogue gurus. It is aimed to build social bridges across regions, ethnicities, and religions including the inter-religious gaps among various sects The Collage Leadership Conference integrates unique approaches to leadership development by uniting motivated professionals and knowledge hungry students from across Pakistan. It aims to create “social capital”. Participants explore cultural, religious and ethnic differences, gain firsthand exposure to the challenges of national perspectives, build confidence and enhance team building and decision making skills in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. Overall 3 Collage leadership conferences have been held so far since inception in November 2014. These revolved around different topics in order to engage speakers and youth.
